Our rooms and facilities were designed with your needs in mind. Super comfortable mattresses with luxury cotton and down linen for a restful night’s sleep. Whether you’re traveling alone or with company, our rooms are tailored for your needs. Equipped with the necessary amenities, and a bit of personality we aim to make your stay relaxed and fun.
With 12 en suite rooms and 2 self catering units we can sleep from 1- 30 people making us a perfect venue for individuals or small groups.
Please note we have replaced televisions with excellent internet connection and wifi included in your stay.
Tea, coffee, biscuits and bottled water are complementary in rooms.
Breakfast available on request at an additional charge.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In these current uncertain times, we advise clients to get their own travel insurance as we will not be waiving fees for Covid this year as all bookers know the uncertainty when booking and need to take measures to cover themselves.
- If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total
- If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit
- If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit
- If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit
- One night stays require full payment within 48 hours of booking
- Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit of the total amount due.
- The deposit must be received within 2 working days of the reservation, failing which this reservation will lapse.
