Enjoy pink sunsets, crystal clear water, and get up close and personal with the local penguin residents- for real!
We kick start the day with meditation, then an ocean dip for those that are willing!
breakfast shots to warm the system (non-alcoholic of course) followed by fresh juices and homemade herbal teas.
Lunch and dinner are wholesome vegan affairs.

Description
This is a unique detox program based on Dr. Stones’ Polarity Detox diet.
It is not a starvation diet but nutritious and wholesome and will leave you feeling lighter, brighter, and ready to take on the world!
‘Cut the crap’! – coffee, sugar, starches, alcohol, animal products and if possible nicotine (2 retreat clients have managed to stay off the nicotine since the retreat!) (Much easier together than on your own).
This retreat offers ‘delicious’ nourishing vegan meals, fresh juices, and herbal teas to cleanse and rebalance the digestive system and support the liver in its detox ability.

The first 2 days are about rest and relaxation as the body lets go of old ‘stuff’. Gentle walks and massages are encouraged.
The second 2 days as our energy starts to fire up, we get more adventurous with added options of hikes, snorkeling, and or kayaking, or there is always the option of more rest!!
There are 3 small beaches – beautiful and safe for swimming or cold water dipping, or just relaxing on – all a short walk (less than 10 minutes) from your room.
Chilling out on the deck overlooking False Bay, watching sunrises and did I mention we laugh a lot!!
