Cancellation policy
In these current uncertain times, we advise clients to get their own travel insurance as we will not be waiving fees for Covid this year.
- If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total
- If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit
- If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit
- If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit
- One night stays require full payment within 48 hours of booking
- Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit of the total amount due.
- The deposit must be received within 2 working days of the reservation, failing which this reservation will lapse.
