Boulders Beach Hotel is happy to announce a brand new package for those who are thinking about trying to dive. By combining it with a sleep over you don’t have to worry about traffic or the early start. Learning something new can be tiring so why not make a trip out of it.
If your concern is the sharks, don’t worry, you start off in a pool and graduate to a very shallow sea where the sharks don’t go.
If your concern is the cold, wetsuits, a shower afterwards and pipping hot coffee will sort you right out.
We think it is worth a try and have created a special rate for the winter of R1500 per person sharing. This rate is for a Courtyard Queen Room and includes a basic breakfast and excludes transport to the Pisces Diving center.

The program is an experience and not a dive qualification. It is designed for people who want to give SCUBA diving a try before committing to the entire Open Water Diver Course.
During your DiscoverScubaDiving course, you will have an introduction to the theory of diving with a theory session. You will then spend some time in our onsite pool where you will get familiar with your SCUBA gear and learn some of the vital skills while having fun in the pool at the same time.
Finally, we will take you on a sea dive at a suitable dive site around the peninsula. You will not be doing any skills on the sea dive, simply enjoying the marine life and touring around underwater

Itinerary
This is a 1 day experience programme. The day starts at 8:30 am and finish between 3:30 pm – 4:30 pm.

- Part 2: Equipment assembly and pool dive
- Part 3: Sea dive (shore based)
