Yoga at Boulders.
Starting on Wednesday mornings from 9:30-11:00.
You are invited to jump in at the deep end if you have never done yoga before, or go back to the shallows if you have been practicing for awhile.
Zaria’s class includes a little yoga philosophy, some breath work, quiet sitting and physical asana practice.
(Zaria is a qualified physiotherapist and yoga instructor. She has been teaching yoga for over 10 yrs and understands yoga as a tool for healing and increasing awareness, making life ever more fascinating and fun)
Classes are R220 pp and limited to 6 students. Mats are available one request in advance however you are encouraged to bring your own mat and blanket.
If you are staying at the guesthouse your class will be R150.-
